The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as at Saturday evening had uploaded over 90 percent of the total results collated across the various polling units in the state following the conduct of the Anambra State governorship election 2025.
All the results viewed by NationsPride on the INEC Result Viewing Portal, Professor Chukwuma Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), the incumbent governor is far ahead of all other candidates, distantly followed by the All Progressives Congress (APC), while the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and the Labour Party (LP) as well other political parties were far behind.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is being awaited to declare the winner of the elections, but at the moment, it is obvious APGA is ahead.
The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has been in power for about 20 years in Anambra having produced former governors Peter Obi and Willie Obiano including the current governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo who is contesting for his second tenure.
