The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has debunked the media report from some online platforms alleging that the NYSC posted a corps member to serve at a cemetery as his place of primary assignment.
The head, Public Affairs of NYSC, Mr. Femi Adetunji made this clarification when he represented his Director-General, Brigadier-General Nafiu Olakunle at the Investiture, Public Lecture and Awards event of the Association of Corporate Online Editors (ACOE) holding today at the Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja.
He called on online media professioners to help in correcting this negative analysis being perpetrated by fake news merchants.
He urged the media to always seek clarification before publishing their reports to avoid misleading the public.
