The Gada Police Division has arrested a suspect and recovered a large quantity of vandalized aluminium conductor wires following a patrol operation, last week.
At about 2200 HRS, May 26, 2025, the police recovered Golf motor vehicle.
The suspect Bello Namakkah, 45-year-old male was a resident of Illela town.
The statement by the police public relations officer DSP Ahmad Rufa’i said significant quantity of aluminium conductor suspected to be stolen public infrastructure
Abu Sabo, who is an accomplice, male resident of Illela town, is at large and being actively pursued.
Bello Namakkah has been charged with criminal conspiracy, mischief, and theft while the police is working to apprehend Abu Sabo and bring him to justice.
