Wife of the Kebbi State Governor, Hajiya Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris, has tasked parents on the educational pursuit and morality of their children to fruition.
Hajiya Zainab Nasare was speaking at the Government House, Birnin Kebbi, when her aides paid SALLAH homage to her on the occasion of the Eid-el Fitr celebration.
The Kebbi First Lady reminded parents and guardians about the necessity on them to ensure the moral upbringing of their children and wards as well as provide them with quality education from nursery to tertiary levels.
She gave assurance that the incumbent administration of her husband has placed premium on the provision of quality education at all levels of learning through infrastructural development of schools, supply of requisite learning and teaching materials with routine training of teachers and adequate renumeration.
Furthermore, the government has impacted positively on improving the livelihood of the people of Kebbi state in their social and economic wellbeing.
Hajiya Zainab Nasare congratulated Muslims on the successful completion of the Ramadan fast and the celebration of the Eid-el Fitr in peace and tranquility.
She advised them to sustain the lessons embedded in fasting of sacrifice, resilience, GOD fearing, love for one another and compassion to fellow human beings.
The Governor’s Wife further spoke about the importance of prayers by the people for the prevalence of good governance, better life, peace, security and prosperity in the state and nationwide.
