The Acting Managing Director of the Bauchi State Urban Water and Sewerage Corporation, BSUWSC, Hajiya Uwani Garba Dagauda, along with her management team, conducted an inspection of the ongoing rehabilitation of the small package plant, a project approved by Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed.
During the inspection,the management expressed their appreciation for the high level and quality of work being carried out by the contractor. The contractor assured the team of a timely completion of the project within the next three weeks, In sha Allah.
Hajiya Uwani Garba Dagauda commended governor of Bauchi State for creating an enabling environment for this important project and for his commitment to upgrading the package plant. She emphasized the positive impact this upgrade will have on water supply in the metropolis.
Meanwhile Acting Managing Director also appealed to residents in the affected areas for more patience and understanding during this period of rehabilitation. She acknowledged that while improvements are being made, there may be temporary inconveniences.
She noted that the staff of the Gubi Dam Water treatment plant were recognized for their hard work and dedication to ensuring a consistent water supply to the good people of Bauchi State. Their efforts are crucial to the success of the rehabilitation project.
The Bauchi State Urban Water and Sewerage Corporation said it remained committed to providing quality water services to all residents and will continue to keep the public informed on the progress of this essential project.
