Rev. Father Shenge who made the call in his homily in Lafia noted the that nation is experiencing hardship, insecurity and other forms of crimes because citizens have gone away from the vows made to God by adherence of various religious which he said was fast expiring as the people have forgotten their commitment and are going contrary to their promises.
Fr. Shenge explained that every Nigerian irrespective of his or her religious beliefs should turn to God in truth and spirit in the face of the economic, social and security challenges confronting the nation for sustainable solutions.
