As preparations are on top gear towards Saturday’s turbaning ceremony for Commander General of the Bauchi State Vigilante and Youth Empowerment Agency, Dr Umar Aliyu Shayi as Jarumin Waja at Balanga Emir’s palace in Gombe State, the chairman of the central working committee and elder statesman, Malam Kawu Aliyu has expressed satisfaction with arrangements so far.
Disclosing this to the media on Wednesday in Bauchi after committees’ briefings, Malam Aliyu equally expressed confidence with all committee members and stakeholders based on their support and logical contributions in delivering key issues.
He, however, urged all participants to be law-abiding while ensuring compliance with all security protocols.
The central working committee chairman appreciated Almighty Allah for His guidance and protection during the meeting and prayed for successful celebration.
Meanwhile, the celebrant, Malam Umar Aliyu Shayi expressed deep satisfaction with the reports of the committees and urged them to continue with their work.
He equally appreciated God for giving him this traditional title of great recognition and honour, and pledged allegiance to continue in serving humanity in wisdom.
