The Enugu State Government through its agency, the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) said it is calling on all allottees and property owners within its estates to present themselves at designated centres for revalidation of their title documents and update of property records.
The announcement made by the General Manager of the agency, Dr. Gerald Asogwa on Monday in Enugu, the state’s capital said this exercise is being carried out in strict compliance with the directives of the Enugu State Government, under the leadership of Dr. Peter Mbah, to ensure proper documentation, enhance service delivery, and maintain up-to-date property records.
According to him, the exercise which had commenced on Monday, 15th September 2025 will run till Wednesday, 31st December 2025.
“Allottees and property owners are strongly advised to take advantage of this window to regularise their records, as only duly revalidated documents would be recognised thereafter”, he said.
