Sen Wamakko condoles with families of late Gatawa district head

Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko has condoled the family members, people of Sabon Birni local government and the entire people of the state over the demised of the former District Head of Gatawa in Sabon Birni local government, Alh. Isah Muhammadu Bawa, who was assassinated by his abductors last week.

The statement by Bashar Abubakar said the Senator was speaking at his Gawon Nama residence area of the state shortly after returning back from Abuja for an official engagement.

The senator who was away from the state when the unfortunate incident occurred said that when the time comes for one to die, nobody can stop it, as such, the death of the late traditional ruler became inevitable.

Senator Aliyu Wamakko further added that the late District Head had had good testimonies from many people indicating his good ending.

He also said the issue of the demise has been politicized by unscrupulous elements and the enemies of progress who want to create confusion and unrest in the peaceful nature of the state.

He said death is inevitable as everybody will die when his or her time comes, he then prayed to Allah the Almighty to forgive all the sins of the late District Head and reward him with Jannatul Firdausi.

A special prayer was offered by Mallam Bashir Gidan Kanawa for the repose of the soul of the deceased.
