Steering Committee for IntegratE Project inaugurated in Sokoto

A Steering Committee for the IntegratE Project was inaugurated at the Conference Hall of Sokoto Guest Inn. Chairman of the Committee and State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Faruk Umar Abubakar Wurno, pledged the Committee’s readiness to work diligently to meet the project’s targeted goals.

The Committee comprises key stakeholders, including Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Alhaji Ibrahim Haliru Dingyadi, Director-General, State Drugs and Medical Supplies Management Agency, Executive Secretary, State Primary Healthcare Development Agency, Directors of Public Health, Nursing Services, and Health Planning Research and Statistics.

Others are Project Director, IntegratE SFH, Regional Programme Manager, Director of Pharmaceutical Services, Muhammad Habibu as Secretary.

The Committee’s inauguration marks a significant step towards achieving the project’s objectives. Dr. Wurno’s leadership and the Committee’s collective expertise are expected to drive the project’s success.
