A youth group under the auspices of ADC Nstional Youth Awareness Forum (ADC-NYAF) has issued a strong warning to the acclaimed national chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Hon Nafiu Bala Gombe to within 48 hours retract his steps and denounce his claim on national championship position of the party or else expect the consequences.

In a warning letter it issued on Tuesday in Abuja through Comrade Abubakar Ibrahim Jalo, National Chairman, and Comrade Abdulhamid Isah Aliyu, National Secretary, ADC-NYAF, the group expressed bitterness that same Gombe congratulated Senator David Mark as national chairman, only to come back later to claim the same position having resigned his membership of the party.

According to the, “The ADC National Youth Awareness Forum (ADC-NYAF) writes to you with utmost concern regarding your recent public statements in which you allegedly declared yourself as the National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

“This claim is not only misleading but also a direct violation of democratic principles, party constitution, and established leadership structure of our great party. Such actions are capable of creating confusion, disunity, and unnecessary tension within the party and among the general public.

:It is on record, with clear and verifiable evidence circulating publicly, that you had earlier tendered your resignation from your previous position. Furthermore, you openly declared your support for the emergence of Distinguished Senator David Mark as the Interim National Chairman of the party.

:Your sudden contradictory claim, therefore, raises serious concerns about credibility, consistency, and respect for internal party democracy.
