Ebira community in Abuja adopts SDP’s MC Tagwaye for AMAC chairmanship

The chances of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate Dr. Obinna Simon, popularly known as MC Tagwaye, to win the February 21, 2026 FCT Council Elections for Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) is getting brighter by the day as he continues to receive endorsement from various ethnic nationalities across the area council.

The recent endorsement came from the Ebira community in Lugbe, Kabusa Ward of the council during a visit as part of MC Tagwaye’s ongoing consultations with key stakeholders across AMAC.

While expressing gratitude for their continued support and prayers, the SDP candidate assured them of inclusive governance and his commitment to delivering quality leadership that benefits all residents of AMAC.

He also encouraged them to sustain their prayers and support as the election approaches.

The Ebira community said they remain firmly behind the SDP candidate and has been actively mobilizing for his victory.
