Gov Ahmad Aliyu and the state APC leader, Sen Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, were among hundreds of Muslims faithful who attended the funeral prayer of Executive Secretary Sokoto State Emergency Management Agency Bashir Muhammad who died at the age of 55 years after a protracted illness.
Other dignitaries that attended his funeral prayer were the state chief Judge, Justice Saidu Sifawa, Grand Khadi Shuaibu Sodangi Achida, House leader Bello Idris, secretary to Sokoto state government Muhammad Bello Sifawa and chief of staff Government House Sokoto Aminu Haliru Dikko mni.
The rest include state APC Chairman Isa Saddiq Achida Amb.Sahabi Isa Gada, Head of service Sulaiman S Fulani Ahmadu, commissioners, Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants, permanent secretaries as well as Heads of Government Agencies in the state.
