Governor Alia

Congress in the statement commended Governor Hyacinth Alia for his developmental strides within nine months of his administration which it noted has earned him several awards including governor of the year award by a reputable media organisation recently.

The statement said Congress equally acknowledged the efforts of the media handlers of the governor, especially the Chief Press Secretary Mr Tersoo Kula and the Principal Special Assistant Media and Publicity/Strategic Communication Mrs Bridget Kyado for their attempts to resolve the issue.

The Congress which also resolved that the chapel would not take lightly, any form of disrespect or demeaning utterances or statements from any member of the public against them, also advised the SUBEB Chairman Dr Grace Adagba, to withdraw her uncomplimentary remarks and tender unreserved appology.
